"TG has been my Agent for many years. He has a great group of people that are very helpful. I have my Home, Life and Auto with him. I made the mistake of moving my auto over to GEICO for a few years and what a mistake that was. GEICO has some strange business practices and they are not worth it to try and save a couple of dollars and get terrible service. I wish I would have never left, but now I am back home where I belong. Chris was great at helping me get quickly back on board with my Auto plan."

"I was rear ended over two weeks ago, and have still been unable to get my vehicle fixed. Highly disappointed at State Farm’s poor quality of communication and how challenging it is to get ahold of someone in the claim’s department. I haven’t been given clear and decisive information, nor have we found a solution. Extremely frustrating! I’ve spent numerous hours on the phone and e-mailing several different agents, who don’t seem to communicate with each other either."

"I've been with T.G. Metzger's office since 2005 when my husband and I bought our house. I had to recently call with a question and the agent went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I didn't feel rushed. Since most of my stuff is done online I wanted to write a review and give credit where credit is deserved, especially nowadays, where customer service is not great. I am always recommending to friends and family when asked."
